Retun and Exchange Policy
1. Returns
At Happi Kaapi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receipt.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and in their original, unused condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@happikaapi.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
2. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased as part of a special promotion or clearance sale
